Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, a hashed password, and sign-up date.
• Problem content: the questions, images or documents you submit, and the solutions generated.
• Usage and balance data: solve counts, token balance and token history.
• Billing data: a payment customer reference, plan status and renewal dates. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: basic log and error information needed to keep the service running securely.

Why we use it

• To provide solutions, graphs and tutor answers (performance of our contract with you).
• To operate accounts, free daily limits, tokens and subscriptions (contract).
• To prevent abuse, fraud and to secure the platform (legitimate interests).
• To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Who processes data for us

• Paddle.com — Merchant of Record: takes payment, calculates tax and issues invoices.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores your account, balance and history.
• AI model providers — receive the text of the problem you submit in order to generate a solution. Problem content is sent for processing only, not used by us to train models.

Some of these providers operate outside your country; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Account, balance and token history: while your account is open, then up to 30 days after deletion.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires, typically 6–7 years.
• Technical logs: normally under 90 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email support@mathmaster-gp.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and children

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to run checkout; no advertising cookies. The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
