1. The service

MathMaster-Gp is an AI-assisted mathematics learning tool. It produces step-by-step worked solutions, graphs and explanations. It is a study aid: solutions are generated automatically and may contain errors, so you should check any result you rely on. We do not guarantee any particular grade or academic outcome.

2. Accounts

• You must give an accurate email address and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• One person per account. Do not share or resell access.

3. Free solves, tokens and Pro

• Solving is a paid service: each solve uses one purchased token, a paid guest pass, or an active Pro plan. There are no free solves.
• Solve tokens are prepaid one-time purchases. One token equals one solve. Tokens do not expire and have no cash value; they cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for money.
• Pro is a subscription that gives unlimited solves for normal personal study use, tutor mode and priority processing. It renews automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• If a solve fails to produce an answer because of a technical error on our side, the token used is returned to your balance automatically.
• Unlimited is subject to fair use: we may apply rate limits or contact you if usage looks automated, resold or otherwise abusive.

4. Payments and renewals

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries related to payments, invoices and tax. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include tax depending on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens Paddle's billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will give reasonable notice before any price change affecting your renewal.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to cheat where your institution forbids AI assistance — that is your responsibility.
• Do not attempt to scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or automate access to the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload, or anything unlawful.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Where we suspend without cause, we will refund unused tokens.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which allows requests within 30 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual property

We own the platform, its software and branding. You keep ownership of the problems and files you submit, and you may use the solutions you receive freely for your own study, teaching or work.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on an automatically generated solution. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.
